Our Story
We Make every moment special
Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional, personalised dining wherever you are. From in-home meal preparation and chef-made meal delivery to fully hosted events, we design food experiences that celebrate flavour, creativity, and connection.
Our menus are crafted using ethically sourced, seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers across Southeast Queensland and the Northern Rivers. Sustainability, personalisation, and presentation are at the core of everything we do, ensuring each event is as considered as it is memorable.
The Team
Gareth’s cooking journey took him through the south of France, working in kitchens across Cannes, Monaco and Nice, from small family bistros to five-star hotels, Michelin-level restaurants and even superyachts. Each stop shaped a grounded approach to flavour, culture and respect for the craft.
Natalie honed her skills in Melbourne’s food scene, earning her stripes in several five-star hotels where consistency, care and attention to detail mattered most.
Together, they’re part of a tight-knit team of hospitality professionals who believe food should be honest, service should be warm and people should genuinely enjoy themselves. It’s an ode to old-school hospitality, no fuss, no ego, just good food, good people and a good time
